Not sure why ECSL investors continue to ask for answers here. Isn't it clear the bullish case for ECSL is incredibly inaccurate ????

ECSL does not file with the SEC. Therefore CEO doesn't need to file anything for sales of company stock. The decline in CEO's ownership is another in long line of issues with ECSL.
