10q confirmed that Steve Ross (known P&D specialist) owned 25 MILLION shares just prior to the run-up in price. His shares were not purchased by Justin. Weird - why wouldn't Justin just buy those shares for $50K as part of the original deal? Now Steve's shares are worth $18 million? What?

No one can verify that Justin graduated, or even attended, Harvard Business School.

This stock was pumped up to $0.91 by Steve and Don Ross back in 2012 before collapsing to trips over the course of a few weeks.

Things are going to get real interesting around here.
