Don't give the principal too much credit at mastering anything.
I would say he's a semi master at researching and then hiring shady, needy lawyers known for their delaying abilities and histories.

The principal and his wife intentionally filed bogus ridiculously empty BK's every time so that they would get thrown back into his face and he would get another delay as he expected.

I have a feeling this time it will go to doj before the sec gets too far.
One can only hope.
