so happy i flipped my losses from here 5 days ago into Vrus, Bemg reminds me of GHHC with a lot less dilution... either way, they cannot up list without up to date filings on SEC.. they postponed their name change as per previous filing and none of their subs are eligible or Canada so the expansion seems state to state + housing market is on verge of collapse.. there are too many unanswered questions here. good luck to all
