SPCB...Arie (CEO) said in the cc that the Y/E audit will be resolved "in the coming weeks". Doesn't have an exact date, but hopefully by Sept?
I sold off some shares over the past couple months but still hold somewhat of a decent position. Just not overweight anymore.
Hope this has a happy ending. The late filing/audit really through me for a loop.
