I wouldn't have chosen Asher / Mazuma having made that mistake once, myself, but the money will spend just as well as any money. If it was needed for urgent company business and it does something positive for us like upgrading onto the OTCQB where the stock will have greater visibility, transparency and liquidity, it's fine; and if that pre-requisite enables the company to enter into an important business combination, such as with a major technology company to create international sales, it's great for us shareholders, ain't it?
