The shareholder committee - if it backs Rufus - is in grave danger of going down with Rufus. IMO the best thing they could do, for themselves AND for the stock - is to use their 10% control to request a general vote on ousting Rufus for gross negligence and fraud.

That might actually get the stock moving again.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
