OBCI - revenue and net income both declined, so in my book that's a disappointing quarter. So unless the stock got significantly cheaper from the year ago quarter (which it really didn't) I don't see much reason to buy at current prices. Chart looks heavy too. I'd bet this goes back to touch the sub $3 level.

Like I said, it's not overpriced, but there's a lot cheaper micros right now in this market.
