When Nathan realized how much of a scum bag Matthe P Dwyer was and did not follow what he wanted him to do Matthew P Dywer faked the electronic signature to Bradright and stole 23million shares and starting bashing Nathan online because Nathan wold did not follow Matthew P Dwyer scam model.
Mathew P Dwyer stole 23 million shares and use it to short the stock and try to force Nathan to sell WOGI back to him. Matthew P Dwyer screwed the shareholders and tried to blame Nathan when Matt was the con man behind it all.
