Did you see my post yesterday that they're planning reverse split?

From DEF 14A Proxy Statement 8/7/2019:

To approve an amendment to our Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of our outstanding Common Stock by a ratio of not less than one-for-twenty and not more than one-for-sixty, with the exact ratio to be set within this range by our Board of Directors in its sole discretion, at any time prior to December 31, 2019, the implementation and timing of which shall be subject to the discretion of our Board of Directors
