AES
I picked up Some AES in the low 14.90's. here is what I like.
This utility has a excellent growth plan of 7-9% increase in earnings, and the midpoint for this quarter was $1.34, but this 7-9% growth sounds outstanding, they have a plan to improve their credit rating which will help which is already underway. I think getting a utility with growth, that has a divy that yields close to 3.7%. I like it because I think this stock trades at just 10 times next years earnings in a sector that trades close to double that. Hence I feel it is very undervalued, considering their growth prospects and valuation. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
