That refers to the allegations made in the PRESENT Complaint, nott in the 2011 bank fraud indictment. The allegations being denied are that DaFoley-Coyote was indicted in 2011 - which is undeniable. It is a drafting error. Just read the sentence itself - read the "but deny" in the sentence.



It should read "admit the allegations regarding the indictments but deny tht said charges are material ...".

Read the entire Answer - you will see the 'deny the allegations' in most of the items. It refers to the PRESENT COMPLAINT allegations in each case.

Again, DaFoley-Coyote CANNOT deny his indictments or what he pleaded GUILTY to in the earlier criminole CONvictions.

Here's an example from the present COMPLAINT Answer that is unrelated to the indictments:






Note that the 'allegations' are always referring to the PRESENT complaint. That's how an Answer works. You don't admit or deny matters that are ~OUTTside the specific allegations of the Complaint.
