basically the rule is if you are hearing a roar of pumping your too late there trying to get out - its all traders selling to other traders and if you get involved the conversation prob you got pulled in and doing there work for them - have to be in before the roar of the crowd - and if you hear people saying be back later or pump and then dont hear from them again for while - they sold and may come back to buy again or not - there are lots of games played in the otcbb lots from other traders to mm's to ceo's - just have to decipher what is really going on behind the scenes -- lot of times contrarian works since so much deception including statements from ceo's level 2's market makers trying to draw you in and out and other traders trying to buy or sell
