Who knows what management is really thinking but it's definitely a dysfunctional situation that were involved with. I don't think there's any leadership at the top, instead of hiring people, they all have too much on their plate, to get anything actually done, it seems. Are all pinkies this way? I can't see constantly shooting from the hip, and not having a flowchart laid out to achieve some degree of success quarter-by-quarter. I don't mean to imply that it is easy, just imperative.
