Well it looks like BIEI's association with the RUSHNET scam didn't do it any good.
The 8-K they just posted doesn't look good for them.
It appears they're taking the same route as Rushnet, a pump and dump scam.
For a while, it appeared they actually had something of value for investors but that went away quite quickly.
I'll be dumping my shares for a lot less than I expected.
