Oh I hear you my friend and am not arguing your point. You are correct. But if they need an extension they can file for one. Things happen, especially with companies expanding so rapidly like this one. Holy crap is this an opportunity for folks! You know all to well these come very seldom down here in the OTC. I can count on one hand how many companies made it from OTC to the big league. I would post them but it would get this removed. I'm sure you have your plans locked tight and I'm super excited that we are going to experience the "once in a lifetime" OTC transition here. But baby steps, one thing after the other here.
