I feel like a reminder is needed about these points:

1. The stop sign is PREMATURE. They have until midnight to file the 10K, which means OTCM did SHIT!
2. The 10K is for the SHELL(pre GRN). Do not expect it to have anything or panic and think GRN holdings have nothing when it hits. It is simply for the shell, to keep the stock current.
3. NOTHING has changed, all the DD remains the same, do NOT get shook by these MM games seeking to fill their open positions before shit blows up.
