By purposefully withholding financials so those shares can’t be sold (which would be free trading) sounds like market manipulation does it not? I find it pretty risky to put the company in a position of being suspended for 75 million shares. As someone pointed out promoter Jason Nielsen owned almost twice that as a beneficial shareholder and not being current isn’t stopping him from selling.
Other companies deal with lawsuits all the time and still file.
If they are so sure Iconic doesn’t have a case why put all the shareholder at risk of losing their entire investment?

I’m thinking they don’t like to do the paperwork! They would rather be tweeting and putting out tweets to keep their dream alive. Just like not keeping up with those trademarks! Laziness when it comes to doing paperwork.
The longer it goes on the more difficult it becomes. I think they are in over there heads at this point and seriously I think it would be easier on THEM to get suspended.
