One reason is noteholders are already sitting on an inventory of shares they can’t sell, with more waiting to be converted if it moves. Staff has been furloughed or moved on? How can that possibly be good for the company?

All zenergy has left is Campbell and Alex, possibly Byron? That is a complete disaster, almost on the level of the fraudulent enertrade acquisition. Jmo.
