Not serious by the company to first send out a mail saying they will sell the shares and then change their mind. I had already started to sell my shares paying fees and spread (luckily I could buy back a little lower but that is just luck).

However as long as Avanza won't convert to otc I still prefer to have the shares with Nordnet since they will probably convert and also as I understand it it is possible to buy and sell via broker. Correct me if wrong.
