Has anyone been paying attention to what’s been happening? Do you think staying a Nevada Corp has anything to do with the Chinese shares? Do you think BC could have been used as a tool prior to becoming a reporting company ? Do you think becoming an SEC reporting company before filing the lawsuit has anything to do with anything? Do you think filing the case in New York has anything to do with anything? People are acting like this is one company suing another company. It’s not. It’s a parent company suing an entity claiming to have substantial shares. A subsidiary of the parent company. Jason established undisputed complete control and majority voting rights of the parent company. The only chip Hubei has to play is shares that now equal 10% ownership of Ldsr giving them not enough voting rights to do squat. Jason holds all the cards. But from our perspective as common share investors what do we care who holds shares? Jason is not giving anyone anything that has not put some blood and sweat into this company. He definitely isn’t going to let anyone steal anything either. He wears a suit and tie but gets his hands dirty also. Why has anyone tried so hard to get a piece of the pie? It must be a dang good pie is all I know. Nobody fights to get a shit sandwich.
