Tell me you didn't fall for that BS! Corporate Capital Formation, INC. is a commercial registered agent group. They represent many other companies, definitely not exclusive with PCTL and nothing to do with the operations of PCTL. Google the company and address and you will see the companies that use them. The worst-case scenario would be having to get a different firm but CCF is still active on the Sec of State and the issue with Coleman is 3 years old. DD always!!
