Agreed Walker. Although we don't yet know what is coming into OCBG, even a small company with a small net income of $390,000 can support a .10 pps using a conservative EPS multiplier of 10 given that the O/S is 39 million. Anything bigger will be better for the pps.

I don't think David Lazar is incurring the costs to keep OCBG current for nothing. The 'Transfer Agent Verified' good SS will command a premium as far as tickers go.
