The 4,000,000 is share compensation for ALL directors for 2018, nothing suspicious here.
The 3,333,333 at 0.003 is 10,000$ exactly. I saw similar compensations at pps 0.003 for other directors but for different amounts: 8,333,333 at 0.003 which is 25k$, 10,000,000 which is 30k$.... Could be options from previous years? or additional compensations? I only checked the last 2 10K and could not find anything, could be from something earlier than 2017.
Anyway, he purchased a pretty nice number of shares on public market and has not sold one, which is still good news.
If this was just a scam and pps was not supposed to go higher, he would have sold, right?
Simple logic proves that VYST will be much higher in the future. And I m not in a rush to sell!
