If I remember correctly, the past posts stated Bourque Industries has outstanding debt and unpaid salaries to past employees with outstanding lawsuits still pending, if so then it seems that Bourque Industries would have already filed bankruptcy if John Bourque and the Board of Directors have already concluded that this company (Kryron) has zero chance to deliver a product to market.
