How would you know about good things coming? Do you have access to information that is not publicly available? Where are you getting your information that leads you to believe something good is about to happen?
I read the disclosure statement and I see a financial report that was filed without benefit of an auditor listed. That's more than odd. What's more it's entirely controlled out of China.. a place where it's well known that the way you can tell if a Chinese business man is lying is if his lips are moving. This is accepted practice in Chinese business circles.. just do a little research and you'll see. Likewise, multiple sets of books are commonplace among companies in China.

The last piece of the puzzle is this... anyone whose been around pink sheet and penny stocks for very long knows that if the Officers and Directors doesn't have a history of public stock activity.. especially considering that none of the players are in America, there are undisclosed players in this stock "managing" things behind the curtain. Since they aren't disclosed or making themselves known... I imagine they are the kind of folks that would prefer not to be known. That worries me. Can anyone tell me who the "stock guys" are that put this deal together? if not, I'd stay far away from this.. but I'll stick around just to watch it blow up.
