Since the warrant price was the same as the market price, I doubt that the warrants were exercised. If that was the case, the person (or group) could have just bought shares on the open market. There would be no reason for a person to go directly to Kim for shares at the market price.

They probably have an expiration date a few years from now. So Kim won't receive any of that money for a while...
