Not sure, looks like after RS, less than 2M outstanding shares. Odd move unless they plan to uplist to Nasdaq or NYSE before merger is completed. I’m not too fond of past experiences with RS to be honest, but I will hold on here to see what the plan is. No dilution so far still makes me feel this is a strong play.
