Oh come on... If Goodyear et al could figure out how to make tires out of grass clippings and make a profit they would. Rubber just happens to be what they use now. I seriously doubt they are adverse to technological change.

IF they thought the Vytex patents were worth a hoot they would now own them. Even if they didn't use the stuff (process) they would have bought them to keep it from competitors.


Some posters ask why Goodyear and Cooper didn't buy up the patents and the answer is because they are rubber tire companies.
