I know the last quarterly for those companies talks about an "agreement to cancel" that agreement, but until there is further clarity on the agreement or complete removal of the assets from the rshn/grps financials, I would consider wsrc's involvement as still a possibility.
While it doesn't look like WSRC will update its shareholders, I'm waiting on this month's quarterlies of the others to see if there is any mention of it or removal from the assets. Its almost like r*shn and G*ps propped up their assets all this time with the tentative deal. Therefore its one of the most important item in the financials that need to be addressed.
