CEOs of publicly traded companies are responsible for the share price of their company. Period. a poor share price is typically a result of bad management decisions..lack of news,,or other reasons besides "traders" and why CEOs of public companies are ultimately held accountable for under preforming stocks all the time. Besides that, there are 1000s of other public companies on the OTC with larger floats than IGEX trading above a penny. So the 'poor me its the traders fault' gibb doesn't really fly too well
