Just a few thoughts on this little company that might prove helpful based on what I have heard from mates in the City of London:

* Company is considering a UK listing since raising money in the U.S is very difficult
* Company has a patent pending e-cigarette that has the following features (1) No lithium battery (2) No heated coil and hence no heavy metal deposits in the lungs so no 'pop corn' lung (3) New fluid that does not use glycerine and alcohol which turns into formaldehyde when heated in a traditional coil based e-cigarette (4) Measured dose of nicotine using some form of molecular technology which answers one of the FDA's many gripes about e-cigarettes.
* Attractive take over target to one of the majors such as Imperial Brands since this is a game changer in the vaping space.
