Do you really think he wrote the article as a true fact finding report? His only goal was to cause panic and get people to pull the share price back. Hence the follow up tweet of "reported to SEC whistleblower" for added panic.
I bet lots of people completely missed the disclaimer where he is SHORTING the stock. Hence why the article was populated as it was without any supporting evidence(beside the fact that he doesn't have evidence to provide).
