Whenever a ticker or company name changes and is formalized by FINRA it thereafter requires the company's Transfer Agent to also submit the changes to every Broker so that the stock can trade again under the new ticker or new company name, or both.

A phone call to one's Broker should provide the answer if the LAAB ticker change has been submitted by Startech Labs Inc.'s Transfer Agent.
