Plain English:
$27.9 million microarray manufacturing
$240,000,000 test kit manufacturing run

The test kit is used to draw the blood sample and put it on a blood card.
Blood card is mailed to the Arrayit lab.
Then Arrayit uses the Allergy microarray to processes the blood sample and reports the results
