From the information we got last year, we are entitled to 0.3707 TRW shares per SIAF share. At the time (end of October 2018) valued at $3.40645 (per TRW share).
This should give you a value of 0.3707 * 3.40645 = 1.26277... So about $1.26 in value from TRW per SIAF share.
