That is because the entity involved in handling that type of thing is gone. Not sure if anyone is even aware to do that type of thing anymore. People may criticize how things got done, but eventually things did get done.

As I said a while ago.....it will be a while before if/when anything happens.

I see no reason to buy this right now.

Especially if dilution is taking place.

IMO buy zone is .003 or so.
