So clowns like these at LEAS can just create a ticker pump it dump it and during the pump pretend like there's a company willing to merge with it show no proof and just disappear with share holders finances and no prosecution this is really legal in the US? How is this possible with no regulation? Is there an office that we can petition to go after these scumbags?
