spectre......even a deer "caught in the headlights", takes a few moments to respond to the danger... give the new CEO time to get his stuff together, and I am sure he will do all the things that you recommended...if he does not, then the BOD will appoint another CEO, I am sure.... this company is too big to let it die a slow death by malfeasance of corporate officers... it could be that this latest incident with HC is happening to other Growers too, and not just Ctst...maybe HC got their "hands full" with inspections for all of these providers, and just maybe they are to blame as well for being tardy....never believe all that you read by these news writers, as most of these stories are self serving anyway...thye more drama they create, the more readers will respond like putty to their wishes...Aphria, is a case in point... big headlines by short sellers to game the stock price down.. it worked for a while, until the truth came out...nothing is ever good or bad as it seems, but about halfway in the middle is about correct...remember, this company has all the infrastructure in place to do business right now, why destroy it by HC, when they could be part of the problem too...
