In my very humble opinion, it's a given that TMPS contract with the Navy will expand as time moves on. That should never catch us by surprise yet it will! Only because TMPS never PRs fluff & because the announcement will come out of the blue after we longs have settled into the routine of our assets delivering fuel on a regular basis.

TMPS is the most obvious winner I've ever seen on the OTC
