Once again: I'll hold as much preferred as I am comfortable holding. I might add or dispose at the right time. End of last year was the right time for me to dispose some and buy more commons. I did, and suggested to the Moelis followers that they might be better off doing the same.

HERA is not above the U.S. Constitution. HERA does not empower a conservator to swindle it's wards.
