The idea here is that the losses can be overcame once the forecasted revenue streams come on line. Cultivation will be a loss until goods are sold. It takes time for plants to yield. Next quarter: if they expand on revenues while at the same time maintaining the same % loss with respect to revenues, then yes it would be hard to argue with you. This business model is very expensive and only becomes really profitable once you hit a certain size because they will have built out an operation that is based on economy of scale where instead now they are do so as revenues ramp up.
