The 240m production run is for our test kits (blood cards, lancets, swabs etc) collected by our clinics and billed at list price.

So they may bill $240M, but how much of it will become revenue.
And for what period of time is the $240M. for one year? the next 5 years?

We won't know anything until the fins are reported.
