GNCP IS NOT A CLAIM OWNER,so how can they sell something they don't own ???

They lease, yearly basis, black on white in the latest filings

That's all there is to their mining interests.

An email to Lowenthal will confirm this.

So whatever the whole world has in gold reserve is irrelevant, GNCP owns none
