Wheres that email stating the debt ridden shell is not in bankruptcy. Or does some mystery email mean more the these words in court filings ? But funny there is no recognition being sought for the fantasy share purchase .

47. Recognition of this order will also be sought in the Company’s proceedings under Chapter 15 of Title 11
of the United States Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
