Nobody is forgetting that because it's not true. You may not remember that they raised the AUTHORIZED shares to nearly 2 billion so that they will have more than enough for future acquisitions. They have had continual but very minimal ongoing dilution which raised the outstanding shares to nearly 1 billion. Not nearly enough dilution to justify .01, market cap is under 10 million and should be over 50 million right now. Most don't realize the sector has brought this stock way too low as it has to 90% of other stocks in otcmarkets cbd/mj sector.
