A low purchase price not only creates the potential for gain; it also limits downside risk. That's common sense.

That doesn't even apply to the China space. It doesn't apply to other problematic situations either.

SIAF is a lot more risky than one year ago.

1) Lawsuit
2) Default
3) Reputational damage
4) Solomon CAN go dark. If being public harms the business then he WILL go dark. And it sure as hell does.

You've got to be kidding me. SIAF is on the verge of total collapse. Solomon is only human. How much more crap can he take? From Merkur, SEC, the shareholders. In the China space everything works against you. Unless... they do what we ask them to do.
