The debt won't have been extinguished yet (correct me if I'm wrong though).

As of their most recent quarterly report, for the period ending June 30th, they had an outstanding balance of 133,119,750 common shares, and 19,846 preferred shares.

I believe those preferred shares have since been converted, which, when factoring the conversion rate of 1 to 10,000(198,460,000), and including the 50,679,099 shares provided to GPL Ventures by June 27, if sold would bring us a little over our existing unrestricted share count as of July 31.

It's interesting to see how the pr's correlate with events. First pr's since 2017 come out on June 18, the price shoots up, and then on June 26 (day before the final shares were issued to GPL), the price begins to tumble. This dropped us to where we were (all time low). Sitra has made some money here with the preferred shares, so yes, now is the time to step up and see if his little venture with GPL is just a scam, or if he is intent on moving this company forward.

P.S. correct my figures where necessary....not good at math lol.
