Not at all. These companies all meet the criteria I mentioned. Legal in their operating country, have exemptions, or they don't touch US cannabis. Village Farms only sells hemp cbd in the US. I think some of the medical companies have exemptions for research. But they don't sell weed, either med or rec. GWPharma has an exemption in Britain.

I'm 100% positive on this. Why do you think Curaleaf or Medmen are still on the OTC? Why is Canopy Growth waiting to enter the US market until we legalize? They don't want to delist.
