And filings only refer to MINING INTERESTS

And those mining interests are yearly leases they pay the real owner (Searchlight exploration). The day they stop paying, they stop having MINING INTERESTS.

So what they own is a one year lease.

Now try to go on the market and try to sell the unused portion (remaining months) of the lease...
